Apply some initiatives that will develop the educational cadres in the early grades and kindergarten phases, such as:

Direct Social Worker Initiative:  

It is an initiative concerned with the development of social workers through direct training and education via simulation at the schools; as one of the counselors specialized in psychological and behavioral evaluation for a number of schools will contribute in studying and solving the problems facing children in the field practice with the educational guidance counselors. This initiative was conducted with Dr. Ibrahim Al-Saikhan, and one of its most important outputs is the manual; you can download it from here. 

Educational Bag Initiative:  

It is the establishment of a library containing more than 100 educational books for the development of the cadres working in the early childhood field in a number of government schools, targeting more than 1,000 teachers, along with training and developing them on the content of the books. This initiative was conducted in collaboration with the Educational Book House.
